Hi! I’m Kim and I’m so glad you’re here.
People sometimes call me the Chief Encouragement Officer, and honestly, I love that. I’m an author, a singer, and a lifelong lover of words that bring hope, healing, and a fresh perspective to real life. I write from the messy middle where faith gets tested, grace is essential, and encouragement feels less like a luxury and more like a lifeline.
I’m a wife, momma, and grandma who believes honest stories can swing the door wide open to deeper faith and real freedom. I share my words in all kinds of ways—on the page and on a stage —but underneath it all, they’re rooted in grace. I don’t write as someone who has it all figured out. I write as someone who has learned most lessons the hard way and has seen God’s faithfulness show up again and again.
I write for those who feel weary, overlooked, or stuck—for people longing to find hope again, rebuild faith, and reconnect with the simple truth of the gospel. I also write for musicians and other creatives who need support in building the confidence to show up on the stage and fully use their gifts. I write honestly and vulnerably, often with a bit of humor, because life is already heavy enough without pretending it’s not.
I live in Arizona with my husband, Rick, a retired Bible teacher. Most days, you’ll find me reading, writing, singing in an acoustic duo with Rick, spending time with my grandkids, and drinking coffee. Writing has always been part of who I am, and I consider it a gift to offer words that remind you that you are seen, loved, and deeply valued by God.
If you spend any time with my writing, I hope you’ll find encouragement to keep going, permission to tell the truth about where you are, and gentle reminders that you can rest in God’s gift of grace. None of us walks this road alone, and hope is always worth seeking.
